Refund Policy

If you receive an order with an issue, please contact us at owner@maherang.store with your order number and a picture of the problem (if possible). We’ll work to resolve the issue or offer a refund.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at owner@maherang.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
